Can I generate payroll for a single employee instead of everyone?
Yes. You can generate a payslip for one specific employee, or run payroll generation for your entire active workforce for a given month in one action.
What happens if a payslip already exists for that month?
The system prevents duplicate payslips for the same employee and pay period, so payroll can be safely re-run without creating duplicate records.
